New development on brown field site. within a small community of houses just outside of Stirling. The clients wanted a large house:

-4 bedrooms

-Study

-Large Living room

-Snug/ Playroom 

- Large open plan Kitchen and Dining Room

- Pool Room with wet room attached 

 

I put this project through planning permission. The company I was working for then put it through building warrant and it is now in the process of being built.
